Give the heat 30β60 seconds to build before you climb. Warm tissue takes pressure far better than cold tissue.
Raise the level until it's firm but never sharp. It shuts itself off β let it, rather than restarting straight away.
Because the whole pad rests against you, the technique is the same everywhere: position it, relax onto it, and let the heat build before you raise the level.
The one it was built for. Sit it between your back and the chair, or lie on it on the floor. Level 10β18. This is the spot you physically cannot reach with a handheld.
